Hello,

The above letter is from your billing center as a follow through of
earlier billing notice as i believe! now if it is talking about the
billing still then its ok. i just paid my bill (The office was closed
for 2 days so i couldnt able to pay my bills). If its talking about
anything else then please confirm me what do you meant by high
uses/Higher side and rational uses!, good practice! if it is still
related to billing thing then its ok. And if it is something else then
make me clear please. And once again tell me your fair uses policies of
you have changed it! I am using unlimited connectivity so if it is a
matter of bill then you have the right but you do not have the right
that how and what i need to use and what do you meant by good practice??
can you explain me please. i didnt hear or see any restriction policies
in your uses policies that tells about those!!!. I am using with one
other shared usually used by other people. so i am requesting you
whenever you tell me anything you want me to understand then make it
clear and dont just talk into shadows. And please one other thing i
would like to know is your private policy. If you can please mail me the
private policy for the users or give me the link if any. And please
give me the proper e-mail address for complaint that i dont know.

Our system has analyzed your download pattern and found it really really high. I believe that you continuously keep downloading files. Fair usage policy restrict you from abusive use of the bandwidth, in other words you can browse unlimited for 24 hours and please considerate your downloads so that we can ensure reliable and fair services for all.

Look Mr. -somename-,

With all respect i want to
inform you something. I used GP internet and i just left it because of
their so called "fair usage policies", so they restrict their bandwidth!
after certain GB of uses. So i came to BL and I asked your technical
people and asked many times what is your fair uses policies! and they
replied me there is no limitation of uses of internet in any ways when
you are using unlimited package! The only reason i left GP for that! You
must understand my concern . Now i want to ask you if there is this
kind of rules involved or you are calling "fair usage policies" then why
they didnt tell me that before when i asked several times on your
hotline and many of your peoples?? Maybe you are hiding this from
customers so they get connected?? Is it some kind of hypocrisy?? I asked
them when i got this connection about the "fair usage policies". Now
tell me whose fault is that?? I am the customer and i have the right to
know about your services and you gave me false information!!?? now you
are saying new "fair usage policies" to me??!! Isnt it cheating??

And now if you continue what you are doing then i would like to get
refund of my whole investment in BL internet. Please send me your people
and collect your modem and refund my whole invest including my this
month bills that i just paid. And just a request, please dont tell lies
to people that you are unable to provide.

Now they reduce the speed to 5 kbps from 32 kbps download speed
with my 256 kbps unlimited internet!!! Shocked

So I wrote again

I am not getting my speed ! Did you reduce it as
your hidden part of policies?? I was expected to get answers from my
last post ! If you really reduce speed then i told my decision before i
believe. So before telling more further i want to know what is the real
problem here! Please refund me if your hidden policy cannot afford me.

My recent writing:

Hello,

With all respect I am starting. I am a user of BL for 2 months and using 256 Unlimited! package. My mobile number is: 01670154490. For some unusual and unknown reason i got email from Banglalion billing department saying that i am using very high bandwidth. Although i am using unlimited connection they sent the message 2nd times after i replied asking "what do you mean by that?". I never heard any such fair uses policies which i asked several times when i made quires the time i get connected. Before I connected I asked many times on Banglalion hotline and engineers and technical staffs from other centers of BL. All i got they said there are no restriction or no fair uses policies involves to reduces the banwidth! yes it is now what i getting for almost 7 days. After my payment only 12 days over BL reduce my speed and i have full months on my hand. BL reduced my speed 4-5 kbps from my 32 kbps which is under 265 kbps unlimited package. After i wrote asking "why?", i received another e-mail from <rubaiyet.sabbir@banglalionwimax.com>. He mentioned such ways: "Our system has analyzed your download pattern and found it really really high. I believe that you continuously keep downloading files. Yes i do download but not continuously! thats why i lend this unlimited connectivity and BL didnt told me their rules before!, that the unlimited means only browsing the webpages! 24 hours!. After that i also called BL hotlines and they even dont know what is the real fair uses policy is? which i asked via email also and they dint answered me but reduce speed!! Thats kind of insult! And saying like that " "I believe that you continuously keep downloading files" " is not a ways to talk with client in common sense! Actually it is a very unprofessional approach dealing with customers! The qubee has their significant explanation for uses policy that they didnt hide. so the users can maintain that. How can any user maintain any hidden uses policy?? i must ask you that. and i want to know is that my fault when i wasnt told by BL their so called "fair uses policies??" isnt it cheating to sign in the new customers?? I have full respect to BL and i believe in transparency. I never want to get what you unable to give. But i want the truth. I asked what is the limited GB actually for Unlimited connection?? and all they unable to answer! they just replied you just cannot download continuously-what i didnt and it wasnt the answer!! I sent e-mail asking also but no reply. I requested to get BL's Users privacy policies and no reply and i tried several times before i got the connection of BL hotline saying busy after reduce my internet speed.

This is very unprofessional to ignore customer queries and questions. Now I have doubt about yours staffs if they got proper qualification to answer their customers!.

Now this is the condition! I dont like to continue with Banglalion as an unsatisfied customer. So I want my refund for not telling the actual thing when i asked as i thing it is a cheating. Still now i went to your many workshop hiding such important things. I have all my conversations as recording-audios from your hotline and e-mail replied to me. And i would like to use them in press and media including internet as part of my "good citizen duty to reveal the truth". i wish it will help you to provide good services to people. Just no offenses. And i really appreciate to get relies from BL.
